EXPORT

ANDREWS MEAT EXPORT DIVISION SPECIALISE IN PROVIDING SUPERIOR QUALITY MEAT PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS AROUND THE WORLD.
The flagship AMI owned brands Tajima Crossbred Wagyu and Shiro Kin Pureblood Wagyu are exported to over 20 countries. High end retail and foodservice clients across the US, Europe, Asia and the UAE experience AMI’s exclusive Wagyu brands.
Andrews Meat Export Division was originally created to help increase carcase utilisation and strengthen brand development within the domestic department. The export division has grown rapidly to be a renowned supplier of quality and consistency. Also now available for export are prominent AMI owned brands Grainge Angus Beef and Byron Bay Berkshire Pork. Andrews Meat Export Division also has the ability to source other high quality beef and lamb options.


FACILITY
ANDREWS MEAT INDUSTRIES IS LOCATED AT LIDCOMBE IN SYDNEY'S WEST. THE CURRENT SITE WAS PURCHASED IN 2008 AND REFURBISHED EXTENSIVELY TO ACCOMMODATE OUR GROWING NEEDS AND INNOVATIVE IDEAS.
November 2015 saw the completion of a 4500 m² state of the art production kitchen custom built to the highest industry standards for the cooked food division of Andrews Meat Industries, Creative Food Solutions. This facility provides the ability to produce restaurant quality sous vide cooking on a commercial scale utilising custom designed machinery that is tailor made to our unique sous vide process.
The production kitchen has the capacity to produce over 500,000 ready meals per week.
The facility boasts a purpose built, state of the art processing room, fitted out with the latest technology in processing and packaging equipment as well as a highly efficient layout.
The 20,000m² site allows for the segregation of production and value add rooms, order picking and packing rooms. The size and capacity of site allows for easy transition to countrywide distribution.
State of the art machinery and technology utilised across the supply chain ensures customers are rewarded with superior product consistency.
The facility boasts a one of a kind Research and Development centre, allowing clients to take any food style or cooking method from concept to commercial production, specifically tailored to their needs. Another key feature is a dedicated high care kitchen that maximises the production of short shelf life meals, whilst maintaining the highest product quality.
